Dear all,
'Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all you anxiety on him because he cares for you.'
1 Peter 5:6-7
Hope you're all well and not getting too stressed with exams!
It's incredible to think that God loves sinners like ourselves and cares so much about every aspect of our lives, something that we so often take for granted. The verses from Peter tell us to cast our anxieties upon the Lord. He knows what we are going through, and He cares. We can find great comfort that our lives are in his hands. We should trust that He will bring us through whatever difficulties we are facing. We should humble ourselves before God admitting that we need his love, guidence and grace.
I hope all of your Go Weeks went well last week! Praise God that people came along to the different events and heard the Gospel possibly for the first time. I'd encourage you to follow up on the conversations you had and pray for all those who went along that they will undersatnd the Gospel and have a desire to know God.
